Meet Jeanette

Since 2012, I've been helping buyers, sellers, investors, and families navigate one of life's biggest decisions: where to call home. Over the years, I've watched inventory remain tight and competition increase for many of the most updated homes. I believe Realtors have a responsibility to adapt and create more opportunities for their clients. That's one of the reasons I founded a small construction company, Reese & Colt Homes. After seeing clients fall in love with homes they couldn't win—or overlook homes with incredible potential because they didn't have a trusted resource to help bring their vision to life. By combining real estate expertise with renovation experience, I help clients identify opportunities others might miss, create equity when possible, protect their investment, and build homes that reflect their lifestyle, personality, and goals.

Beyond helping clients buy and sell homes, I've renovated more than 50 properties throughout the St. Louis area. I take pride in not only helping homeowners build wealth through real estate, but also contributing to the improvement and revitalization of the communities we call home.

I'm proud to be a 5-time recipient of the EXP Icon Award, an achievement earned by approximately the top 1% of agents within the company. I earned my undergraduate degree from Westminster College, where I competed as a two-sport athlete in soccer and basketball. As a team captain, three-time MVP, and recipient of Westminster's Junior Boyd Award and Female Athlete of the Year Award, I developed the leadership, preparation, resilience, and competitive drive that continue to guide how I serve my clients today. I later earned my Master's Degree in Business from Lindenwood University.

When I'm not working, you'll likely find me spending time with my wife Sarah, our two dogs Reese and Colt, golfing, playing sand volleyball, tending to my saltwater aquariums, cheering on my two nieces in their athletic competitions and musical endeavors, or dreaming up the next renovation project.
